Jakob Wendesten
Pastor Jakob Wendesten is an international communicator with a passion for revealing God’s unfailing grace and love through the living Christ. Driven by a deep burden for the unreached, he has advanced the gospel in more than 30 nations, including Pakistan, India, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Ethiopia—where the vast majority have yet to encounter Christ.
Jakob’s theology is centered on the risen Christ, whom he describes as perfect theology. His philosophy is anchored in the conviction that God’s grace is for all people—without discrimination or exception—regardless of religion, culture, or social background. Through an approach built on peace, friendship, and reconciliation, he seeks to build bridges across religious and cultural divides while boldly presenting the life-changing message of Christ crucified.
Throughout his ministry, Jakob has trained more than 36,500 pastors and leaders through Gospel Impact Seminars and has led 42 large-scale Peace Encounters across some of the world’s most unreached regions. These gatherings, ranging from 15,000 to over 100,000 attendees, have created opportunities for more than 1.6 million people to encounter the peace, hope, and grace found in Jesus Christ.
A distinctive aspect of Jakob’s mission work is his commitment to building diplomatic relationships with government leaders and influential figures, including presidents, prime ministers, governors, and non-Christian religious leaders. By cultivating genuine friendships founded on mutual respect, he helps open doors for the gospel while advancing initiatives that promote peace, reconciliation, and hope.
Ryan Dotson
Pastor Ryan Dotson has served as a pastor for nearly three decades. Throughout his ministry, he has been driven by a deep passion to reach the unreached, strengthen the Church, and advance the Gospel among the nations.
More than 27 years ago, Pastor Ryan answered God's call to missions, beginning his international ministry in Kenya. What started as a single mission field has since expanded into global evangelistic outreaches spanning multiple nations across Africa, Asia, and beyond.
Known for his dynamic preaching, he has ministered in high-impact outreaches that have drawn crowds ranging from 50,000 to more than 100,000 people. Through these gatherings, countless individuals have responded to Christ, while testimonies of healing, deliverance, and miracles have accompanied the preaching of God's Word.
In addition to his evangelistic ministry, Pastor Ryan is deeply committed to raising up strong and effective leaders. Through leadership conferences, training seminars, and personal mentorship, he equips pastors, church leaders, and emerging ministers with practical tools, biblical insight, and renewed vision to impact their communities and live out their God-given calling.
His ministry is marked not only by proclamation but also by compassion. Through ongoing humanitarian initiatives, his mission provide care and support to vulnerable children and families through orphanages and an education center serving children affected by HIV/AIDS, autism, sickle cell anemia, and other special needs.
These efforts reflect a commitment to demonstrating the love of Christ in tangible ways by bringing hope, dignity, education, and opportunity to those in need.
As co-founder of Grace For All Nations, Pastor Ryan continues to champion a vision of global transformation through evangelism, leadership development, missions, and compassionate outreach. His passion is to see believers empowered, churches strengthened, and communities transformed through the life-changing power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
